WOW, what can I say, received the spearmint tea bags today and there was no mistaking what was in the box. The flavour is wonderful and I know it is going to be difficult to not use too many during the day

This site offers a wonderful range of ethical/sustainable products. However their customer service is really poor, and for some reason my order was split into four deliveries which is exactly the wasteful inefficiency I was aiming to avoid.
I'm now looking at the individual brands themselves to order directly from, and so far this is a much better experience, with people that actually value my business.

Everything I have purchased from Wearth has been of W very high standard and I would recommend the company for their green ethics

Every time I buy from Wearth London I feel so magically blessed. Their products have arrived beautifully packaged (recyclable or reusable) and some of my favourite oils even come in shredded brown paper with rose petals which makes me smile with gratitude. Thank you to everyone involved with Wearth, it's definitely my favourite place for facial oils and beautiful products.

My experience started positively as I ordered a recycled plastic face mask and it was dispatched quickly. However, I was sent the wrong design. I emailed straight away to request the correct mask, no response. After a further email I was asked to send a photo of the wrong mask which I did and was told the replacement would be issued immediately. No replacement has arrived. I have emailed requesting a refund as my order has not been fulfilled. No response. Avoid this company as they unfortunately have extremely poor customer service. I wish I had read other reviews before parting with my money. If by any chance Wearth read this, can you please refund my money immediately.

Couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. I am so glad to find a way to avoid adding plastic waste to the environment.

Great company!

Ordered my product on the 18th November the following days had no notification my item had been dispatched. 10 days later I raise a query with customer service they tell me they will check with the supplier after which they confirm the item has been dispatched. I do then get a dispatch email saying my item is on its way. A week later after chasing I am told to be patient and my item will arrive early the following week. That week is nearly past its the 10th December I still don’t have my item. A request to refund me has been ignored! I am incredibly frustrated. It’s the first time I have used Wearth and I will never be using them again. If you want to lose your money and have really crap customer care by all means purchase their products!
